Shipping & Returns
We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping services. In addition to the UPS shipping fees, iNutritionals adds a handling fee of $3.00 to all orders to ensure your order is properly packaged. Your package will ship from our distribution center located in Arden, NC (28704).
In order to calculate your shipping time, you can use the UPS tool Calculate My Shipping Time.
Orders received before 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 2:00 pm EST or on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following business day.
UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless an additional fee is paid. UPS select services such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select are calculated by business days only and do not include weekends.
For example: An order placed on Thursday after 2:00 pm EST would not be processed until the next day (Friday).
- For Next Day Air, expected delivery date would be for the following Monday
- For 2nd Day Air, expected delivery would be the following Tuesday
- For 3-day Select, expected delivery date would be the following Wednesday

UPS Shipping Service Descriptions
- Ground: Day-definite delivery typically in one to five business days. Destinations and Origins include all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
- Next Day Air: Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Destinations and Origins include all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.

Next Day Air Saver:
- Commercial Destinations: Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively.
- Residential Destinations: Next business day delivery by end of day. Destinations available to the 48 contiguous states Not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of day.
- 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. Destinations and Origins include all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
- 3rd Day Select: Delivery by the end of the third business day. Destinations and Origins include the 48 contiguous states.

C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery): Not available for online orders. UPS will attempt to collect the amount shown on the C.O.D. tag or package label, and then send the payment to iNutritionals. If UPS cannot collect the payment after three attempts, the package will be returned. When a customer selects C.O.D. for a residential address, UPS will attempt to call the recipient at the phone number provided to advise when the shipment will be delivered and the amount of the payment due. These terms of service apply to C.O.D.:
- UPS will accept C.O.D.s for amounts up to US$50,000.00 per shipment.
- UPS will accept a business or personal check, or money order.
- UPS will not accept currency in any amount.
